Please arrive 15 minutes early if you are new to ZoMo, and a maximum of 5 minutes early for all classes. The door will be locked once class begins.
Leave valuables at home, shoes under benches and belongings in cubby.
Remember to silence your cell phone and leave it with your belongings.
Only water is permitted in the studio. Please no glass containers, food or chewing gum.
Wear appropriate yoga attire...yoga pants, leggings or shorts, no jeans or buckles please.
Please bring a towel if you are taking a warm or hot class… slip sliding in sweat is no fun, especially when it’s not yours!
Please have respect for fellow practitioners and save the chatter for before and after class. We reserve time between classes to connect.
Please do not take any painkillers before class. This includes over the counter pain relievers like Advil or Tylenol. Painkillers turn off the pain receptors, and it is very important to be able to feel pain during classes because pain is your body telling you that something is not right. To avoid injury, of re-injury, please keep your pain receptors clean!
If you are working with any type of healthcare professional, please get the OK with them before engaging in any physical activity.
